You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without kfb7's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with kfb7.

Where kfb7 is found liable to a player for any matter connected to the Platform, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their kfb7 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kfb7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time if:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• kfb7 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• The player provides false or misleading information at any stage.
• The player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• kfb7 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law-enforcement authority.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, kfb7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, less any amounts legitimately offset against unpaid obligations.
